IvyPlus provides an opportunity for investor to meet managers face to face in an intimate and relaxed setting that encourages direct and substantive discussion about investment strategies and trends. Attendance is by invitation-only.
By the meeting’s conclusion, Investor Guests will have met with at least ten managers, acquiring valuable information derived from spontaneous interaction with managers and peers.
Participation is limited to individuals who are, or who are authorized to represent the companies that are, "Qualified Purchasers" within the meaning of Section 2(a)(51) of the Investment Company Act of 1940.
A "Qualified Purchasers" is:
- A Natural persons who own s $5,000,000 or more in net "investments";
- A person, acting for his own account or for the accounts of other qualified purchasers who, in the aggregate, owns and invests on a discretionary basis, not less than $25,000,000 in net investments;
- A family-owned organization or entity that owns $5,000,000 or more in net "investments";
- A pre-existing trust as to which each trustee and person who contributed assets to the trust meets the requirements under (1), (2) or (3) above; and
- An entity the outstanding securities of which are beneficially owned solely by "Qualified Purchasers."
- Accredited investor
If neither you nor the company you represent is a "Qualified Purchaser," you may not participate.
