Marty Secada

Marty Secada is the managing partner of Broad and Wall Advisors, advisors to Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Family Offices and Institutional Investors assisting them with strategy, global deal-sourcing, business development and fund-raising initiatives. He has served as chairman of more than 100 alternative fund conferences in more than 15 cities including New York, Los Angeles,Chicago, Dallas and Miami. He has also lectured at multiple universities including the Wharton school of business on the subjects of alternative asset funds including hedge funds and private equity funds and the state of the global alternative asset management industry. He and his team review hundreds of deals and funds every year covering diverse areas.

He has been a founding member or executive of multiple business groups including the Wharton Investor Network and the Westchester Hispanic Business Council. He is the founder of the IvyPlus alternative investment network and the Ivy Family Office Network, cross-Ivy league networking groups. More than 1,000 speakers have presented to more than 10,000 participants at Ivy Events.

Financial services clients have included Goldman Sachs, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Chase and the aforementioned funds. Many hundred Private Equity funds and Hedge Funds have actively participated in the IvyPlus group. Mr. Secada sits on the board of several hedge fund related businesses and has formed multiple relationships with hedge funds. More recently he has worked at a large family office. He also has ownership stakes in companies ranging from New Media to Gifting.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters degree from Drexel University, studied Alternative Investments at NYU and has a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the Wharton School of Business.
