IvyPlus runs six programs in Alternative Investments listed below and is expanding its programs for more topics and subgroups.

• Early Stage Private Equity -  This program runs events and mixers for early stage investors. Early stage companies submit their plans and have them reviewed by committee. The committee selects the top 4 plans and those are presented to funds and present them to the members in a closed session. Typical presentations are comprised of 3 presenters and one alternate. Each presenter has 15 minutes to present and 10 minutes for Q&A. The participant email list is distributed among the attendees a few days after the meeting.
  


• Mergers and Acquisitions Private Equity – We hold educational panels on topical issues in Private Equity Mergers and Acquisitions. Topics include rollups, restructurings, fast growth events, reverse mergers and SPACS.  Our format includes a 30 mixer, 45 minute panel presentation, 15 minute Q&A and hour plus of follow-on networking.


• Private Equity – We hold educational panels on topical issues in Private Equity. Topics include mergers and acquisitions, hedge fund convergence, PIPEs, fundless sponsorship, offshore vs. domestic benefits, AIM vs. U.S. listings, etc.  Our format includes a 30 mixer, 45 minute panel presentation, 15 minute Q&A and hour plus of follow-on networking. Participants should be in the industry, service providers or investors in the industry.  


• Hedge Funds – We hold educational panels on topical issues in Hedge Funds as well as large mixers.
